Vineyard Valley Mobile Home Park is an age 55 and over community that is located in the world famous wine growing region of Napa Valley, the center of Northern California's legendary wine producing industry. Vineyard Valley is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, services and churches in St. Helena. Across the street is the Upper Valley Campus of Napa Community College, the St. Helena Hospital is a ten minute drive.

The two and three bedroom manufactured homes at Vineyard Valley are randomly situated for privacy and to take advantage of the picturesque settings. Homes are clustered around cul-de-sacs to allow maximum open space with numerous "mini parks" at the intersection of the paths. Many homes face the newly renovated lagoon in the two acre greenbelt.
